CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 4:00 pm and check-out time is by 1:00 am.
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Early check-in is available on request subject to availability
• Late check-out is available on request subject to availability
PAYMENT POLICY
• The first night fee is to be paid as advance payment in order to receive a confirmation from the agency in 48 hours after reservation.
• The rest full amount is to be paid to the agency no later than 15 days prior the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to house’s local check in time
• If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent will not refunded.
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent will not refunded.
